Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags remain attached and the gear is free of debris.
Print and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
